Arthur Bradley
Arthur Bradley specialises in OSINT, online investigations, and terrorist propaganda ecosystems, with a focus on Islamist and right-wing violent extremism. He also works on threat intelligence and online crisis response. Previous roles include OSINT Manager at Tech Against Terrorism. He is currently a consultant for Human Digital and the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, and contributes to the Christchurch Call Foundation, Janes, and the GIFCT Youth Radicalisation Working Group.

James Fitzgerald
James Fitzgerald specialises in disinformation, conspiracy-driven violent extremism, and social media analysis, with regional expertise in Brazil and Latin America. His work also spans right-wing violent extremism, content moderation, and counter-terrorism policy. He is Associate Professor at Dublin City University, Visiting Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a co-founder of the IMSISS programme. He also contributes to the EU Knowledge Hub on Prevention of Radicalisation.

Suraj Lakhani
Suraj Lakhani focuses on video-gaming and violent extremism, online radicalisation, and counter-terrorism policy. He is Associate Professor at the University of Sussex and Associate Fellow at RUSI. He serves on the steering boards of the EGRN and CCAN, and contributes to the Christchurch Call, Women in Games, and GIFCT's Gaming Community of Practice.

Stuart Macdonald
Stuart Macdonald specialises in legal and policy responses to online violent extremism and terrorism, with particular focus on criminal law, human rights, and propaganda dissemination. His work also addresses research ethics, data protection, and research design. He is Professor at Swansea University, a Senior Fellow at Hedayah, and Associate Fellow at ICCT. He serves on the ECTC Advisory Network’s Steering Committee on Terrorism and Propaganda, and on GIFCT’S AI Working Group.

Lisa McInerney
Lisa McInerney specialises in crisis response simulations, strategic foresight, and scenario planning, with a strong focus on violent extremism and terrorism online. Her work spans content moderation and enforcement policy development, incident response, and cross-platform coordination. Previous roles include Global Policy Area Lead for Violent Organizations at Twitter and Programme Manager for VOX-Pol. She is currently the Founder of Extremisphere.

David Wells
David Wells focuses on the terrorist misuse of emerging technologies and the integration of AI into counter-terrorism efforts. He also supports capacity building and evaluation for international CT and P/CVE programmes. Previous roles include Head of Research & Analysis at the UN Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate. He is an Honorary Research Associate at Swansea University and an Affiliate of the Middle East Institute, and serves on GIFCT’s AI Working Group.

Joe Whittaker
Joe Whittaker specialises in terrorists’ online behaviours, algorithmic amplification of extremist content, and online misogyny. His research also addresses legal responses, P/CVE strategies, and researcher welfare. He is a Senior Lecturer at Swansea University and a member of GIFCT’s Youth Radicalisation Working Group.
